Rectangular section control technology(RSCT)was introduced to achieve high-precision profile control during silicon steel rolling.The RSCT principle and method were designed,and the whole RSCT control strategy was developed.Specifically,RSCT included roll contour design,rolling technology optimization,and control strategy development,aiming at both hot strip mills(HSMs)and cold strip mills(CSMs).Firstly,through the high-performance variable crown(HVC)work roll optimization design in the upper-stream stands and the limited shifting technology for schedule-free rolling in the downstream stands of HSMs,a hot strip with a stable crown and limited wedge,local spot,and single wave was obtained,which was suitable for cold rolling.Secondly,an approximately rectangular section was obtained by edge varying contact(EVC)work roll contour design,edge-drop setting control,and closed loop control in the upper-stream stands of CSMs.Moreover,complex-mode flatness control was realized by coordinating multiple shape-control methods in the downstream stands of CSMs.In addition,the RSCT approach was applied in several silicon-steel production plants,where an outstanding performance and remarkable economic benefits were observed.  相似文献

In addition, these types of cells lead the industry and account for more than half of the market. For the foreseeable future, Si will still be a critical material for photovoltaic devices in the solar cell industry. In this study we analyze the optoelectronic properties and structural characterization of hydrogenated polymorphous silicon thin films as a function of the deposition parameters. The films were grown by plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition (PECVD) using a gas mixture of argon (Ar), hydrogen (H2) and dichlorosilane (SiH2Cl2). High-resolution transmission electron microscopy images and Raman measurements confirmed the existence of very different internal structures (crystalline fractions from 12% to 54%) depending on the growth parameters. Variations of as much as one order of magnitude were observed in both the photoconductivity and effective absorption coefficient between the samples deposited with different dichlorosilane/hydrogen flow rate ratios. The optical and transport properties of these films depend strongly on their structural characteristics, in particular the average size and densities of silicon nanocrystals embedded in the amorphous silicon matrix. From these results we propose an intrinsic polymorphous silicon bandgap grading thin film to be applied in a p–i–n junction solar cell structure. The different parts of the solar cell structure were proposed based on the experimental optoelectronic properties of the pm-Si:H thin films studied in this work.  相似文献

动态结冰内部呈现多孔结构特点,这一微观孔隙结构是影响其宏观物性的关键因素,然而传统方法难以对三维孔隙结构进行定量表征。为了客观刻画结冰微观结构特征,提出了基于结冰二维图像定量信息的三维微观结构建模方法。首先,研究并确定了真实结冰尺寸与建模区域之间的比例关系,分析比例尺对分辨率和建模的影响;其次,结合二维孔隙率和孔径分布函数,提出了三维孔隙数量及其孔径的推导方法,并给定了孔隙位置随机生成方法;基于此,最终建立了以0-1矩阵形式表征结冰三维微观孔隙结构的方法。实验表明,所生成三维结冰模型的二维孔隙定量信息与实验结果吻合度较高,建模方法准确可行,为动态结冰三维刻画、微观特征参数提取和相关微观仿真模拟提供了新途径。  相似文献

Changing the pore morphology of hydrogels can be an effective strategy to modulate their drug release profiles. Herein, Pluronic F127 was used to change the three-dimensional pore morphology of crosslinked poly(N-isopropylacrylamide-co-acrylic acid) (P[NIPAm-co-AAc]) hydrogels. F127 reduced the pore diameters from 20 ± 4 to 2.9 ± 0.4 μm and from 11 ± 1 to 1.4 ± 0.4 μm in hydrogels synthesized at 8 and 30°C, respectively. Small-angle X-ray scattering indicates that the segregation of the F127 during the polymerization process induces F127 phase transitions from unimers (at 8°C) or cubic-packed micelles (at 30°C) to a lamellar structure. P(NIPAm-co-AAc) hydrogels charged with S-nitrosoglutathione (GSNO), released nitric oxide (NO) spontaneously during hydration. The decrease in the pore diameter led to a twofold to threefold increase in the rate of water absorption and a fourfold to sixfold increase in the rate of NO release of the hydrogels. F127 can be used to change the pore morphology of P(NIPAm-co-AAc) hydrogels, with concomitant changes in their rate of hydration and NO release from GSNO, opening a new perspective for their use in topical NO delivery.  相似文献

将光伏废料经酸洗除杂后,与硅粉按85∶15的质量比配料,以聚乙二醇做结合剂,成型为10 mm×10 mm×20 mm的生坯后,在1380℃保温2 h氮化制成Si3N4-SiC材料,然后研究了该Si3N4-SiC材料的抗氧化性和抗侵蚀性。结果表明:1)制备的Si3N4-SiC材料在空气气氛中抗氧化性较好,主要是由于其氧化产物Si2N2O和SiO2填充气孔,促进烧结,提高了试样的致密度。2)在静态熔盐(Na3AlF6)中的抗侵蚀性能较好,主要是由于Na3AlF6渗入气孔中,使其显气孔率降低。3)在动态熔盐中的抗侵蚀性相对变差,主要是由于CO2气体的搅拌和对Si3N4、SiC的氧化二者共同作用的结果。  相似文献

It is of key importance to develop membrane assembly electrodes (MEAs) offering high conductivity, thermal stability and suitable performance in the fuel cell. The mesoporous materials functionalized with acid groups are appropriate candidates to improve membrane's properties. The goal of this work was to assess the addition of functionalized porous silica, bearing different acid groups, on the MEA performance in a PEM type single fuel cell. Ni59Nb40Pt0.6Fe0.4 -based amorphous alloys were applied as anode electrocatalysts. The synthesis of functionalized mesoporous silica (UGM-fx) with different acid groups, namely [SO3H], [COOH] and [PO(OH)2], was carried out following a nonaqueous sol gel method. The results showed that the MEA containing silica with PO(OH)2 groups leads to an outstanding fuel cell performance compared to that of the other organic groups-based MEAs and that it outperformed a commercial Pt-based sample. This might be due to the higher proton conductivity exhibited by the phosphonic groups.  相似文献

以采用泡沫铜电极的热再生氨电池(thermally regenerative ammonia-based battery,TRAB)为研究对象,建立了多孔介质内物质传输与电化学反应耦合的稳态模型,计算获得了电池性能及多孔电极内物质传输特性,并研究了电解质浓度和电极孔隙率对电池性能的影响。研究结果表明,从主流区界面到多孔电极内部,阳极氨和阴极铜离子浓度逐渐降低,存在一定的浓度梯度,而且随着反应电流的增大,浓度梯度明显增大。在一定的范围内分别增大阳极氨浓度和阴极铜离子浓度,从主流区向多孔电极内物质传输增强,电池性能均能不断提升;随着硫酸铵浓度的增大,电解质电导率增大,电池性能逐渐提升,但增幅逐渐减小。此外,多孔电极孔隙率也会影响电池性能,本研究中TRAB在电极孔隙率为0.6时获得最高的最大功率(15.3 mW)。  相似文献

为回收利用SiO2微粉,探究了以SiO2微粉为原料通过碳热还原法制备碳化硅粉体的最佳工艺条件;研究了分别以石油焦、活性炭和石墨粉为还原剂对冶炼效果的影响。在最佳碳质还原剂的基础上,研究了不同配碳比(还原剂与SiO2微粉的质量比为1∶3.5、1∶3、1∶2.5、1∶2、1∶1.5)和不同冶炼时间(15、30、45、60 min)对冶炼效果的影响。结果表明:石油焦、活性炭、石墨粉3种碳质还原剂中,石油焦的冶炼效果最佳;将石油焦与原料SiO2微粉以质量比1∶2进行混合,在中频感应炉中以1650℃冶炼45 min为最佳冶炼工艺条件;以此能够得到晶粒生长较好、品质较高的碳化硅粉体,碳化硅含量高达93.50%(w)。  相似文献

In the present work, nitrogen doped hierarchically activated porous carbon (APC) samples have been synthesized via single step scalable method using ethylene di-amine tetra acetic acid (EDTA) as precursor and KOH as activating agent. Activated porous carbons with different pore sizes have been developed by varying the activation temperature. SEM, TEM and SAXS analysis suggest that with variation of activation temperature, a hierarchical porous structure with interconnected meso-pore and micro pores has been achieved. The sufficiently high surface area of the synthesized materials provides active sites to enhance the diffusion of ions between the electrolyte and the carbon electrodes. The electrode prepared at 800 °C activated sample exhibited highest specific capacitance of 274 Fg-1 in two electrode setup, at a current density of 0.1 Ag-1 in 1 M aqueous H2SO4. Along with this, it showed maximum energy density of 9.5 Whkg?1 at a power density of 64.5 Wkg-1. The remarkable electrochemical performance reveals that the synthesized nitrogen doped activated carbon electrodes derived from EDTA can be tuned to have optimum pore structure and pore size distribution for better electrochemical performance, so it can be considered as a potential electrode material for applications in electrochemical energy storage.  相似文献
